settingsFounded in 2016 in Santa Barbara, CA, Suissly aimed to break into the emerging “bed-in-a-box” industry. The goal was simple: deliver a quality mattress right to your doorstep, allowing you to skip the grueling process of laying on bed after bed after bed at a mattress store.
The execution of said goal? Much less simple.
I was hired on to give Suissly a brand to help set them apart in an increasingly crowded space. One of the biggest challenges with Suissly was competing with larger companies who had larger budgets, bigger teams, and more resources. My previous experience with sourcing, working with vendors, and finding ways to cut costs paid dividends almost immediately.
